SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

Our pieces are handcrafted and takes around 5-15 working days to produce and will normally be packed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the time you place your order. We deliver worldwide by UPS  Express or FEDEX both with extra security signature delivery. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including all shipment details. Delays may occur in busy periods, such as during promotional sales and the weeks before Christmas. Your order will be delivered to your delivery address or your local delivery point. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

Thailand orders: free standard shipping

International orders: shipping price for express shipping is 30 euros taking between 3 to 7 working days. 

 

Please note that we can not guarantee delivery dates.  Below is the estimation of the delivery timeframe.

  • Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

  • While we use extremely reliable postage service, in rare situations, which has yet to happen, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We accept returns only on full-price orders of non-customized and non-preorder jewelry items within 7 days from the day merchandise is delivered if the item is unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

 

  • Pre-orders and Customized orders are final sale.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please contact us via the contact us page if you would like to make a change to your order (e.g., different size or shipping address) we would be happy to help as long as your order has not been shipped.  Please contact us as soon as possible so we can try our best to make those changes.

 

 We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept any made to order pieces back.

 We regrettably do not accept returns on pre-order and customized orders but offer a one time alteration service for customised order for free. and in certain cases we may offer an option to exchange. You will be responsible for the new shipping cost. 

We offer 1 year warranty on all of our jewelry purchased direct with us or via our retailer partners. The repair costs will be complimentary, shoppers will be responsible for shipment back and the return to your address. After one year, we are happy to offer on-going repair service complimentary, except for replating and replacing of parts, pearls and gemstones.
